At PingPing Nigeria Limited, our payment policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and to support the growth of our valued vendors. We have structured our fees based on different tiers, taking into account the cost of items and associated charges. Here's a breakdown:

Tier Structure:

We categorize items into four tiers based on their cost:

  1. LEAST: Items with a cost of #25,000 and below.
  2. MID: Items with a cost between #25,000 and #50,000
  3. PEAK: Items with a cost between #50,000 and #250,000.
  4. EXCLUSIVE: Items with a cost of #250,000 and above.

Tier Structure:

  1. PingPing Fee: A flat fee of #500
  2. PayStack Fees: 1.5% of the transaction amount + additional N100.00
  3. Logistics/Delivery: Use Group1 - #500
  4. Packaging: Size1 - Nylon - #40/50.
  5. Vendor's Commission: Total fees are reduced if the item is well packed in an acceptable condition

Tier 2: MID:

  1. PingPing Fee: 2% of the item cost
  2. PayStack Fees: 1.5% of the transaction amount + additional N100.00
  3. Logistics/Delivery: Choose between Group1 or Group2.
  4. Packaging: Size2 - Mid Box - #350/700.
  5. Vendor's Commission: Total fees are reduced if the item is well packed in an acceptable condition.

Tier 3: PEAK

  1. PingPing Fee: 2% of the item cost.
  2. PayStack Fees: 1.5% of the transaction amount + additional N100.00
  3. Logistics/Delivery: Use any group
  4. Packaging: Size2 - Biggest Box Size - #1000
  5. Vendor's Commission: Total fees are reduced if the item is well packed in an acceptable condition.

Tier 4: EXCLUSIVE

  1. PingPing Fee: 6.5% of the item cost.
  2. PayStack Fees: 1.5% of the transaction amount + additional N100.00
  3. Logistics/Delivery: Use Group3 - #2500 (LEKKI/AJA AXIS).
  4. Packaging: Size3 - Biggest Box Size - #1000.
  5. Vendor's Commission: A fixed 6.5% commission rate applies.

Important Notes: Vendor's Commission Total may be reduced through waivers for well-packed items in acceptable boxes. We reserve the right to adjust our commission rates and fees based on product categories.

Amendment of Payment Terms

. The Company reserves the right to amend the Payment Policy with prior notice to the Vendor. Continued use of the platform following amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering as a Vendor on PingPing Nigeria Limited's platform, the Vendor acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Policy. Effective as of the date of Vendor registration

How do I list my products on the platform?

- Follow these 6 simple steps to List your product/service:

  1. Login to your vendor account with your email and password.
  2. Click on the “Dashboard menu button”.
  3. Navigate to “Listings” and click on “Add Listing”.
  4. Fill in all the appropriate product/Service details, description and Media (photos/videos) for your product/service Listing.
  5. Select days of delivery and input the number of days to deliver the product or service.
  6. Click on “Submit” to submit your listing for approval.

NB: For your Product/Service to be published Live, your product/Service must comply with some guidelines to be accepted by PingPing Limited and our team is ever ready to assist with making your listing comply to the guidelines. Once approved by our team, your product/service Listing will be live on www.pingping.ng. From there, you can receive an order at any time.

What are the quality standards for products listed on PingPing Nigeria Limited?

- Product Quality and Authenticity:

  1. The Vendor guarantees that all products listed on PingPing Nigeria Limited are genuine, free from defects, and accurately represented.
  2. The Vendor shall ensure that products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety and quality requirements.
  3. The Vendor shall not list counterfeit or fake products on the platform under any circumstances

NB: For your Product/Service to be published Live, your product/Service must comply with some guidelines to be accepted by PingPing Limited and our team is ever ready to assist with making your listing comply to the guidelines. Once approved by our team, your product/service Listing will be live on www.pingping.ng. From there, you can receive an order at any time.

How to process an order as a vendor?

- Product Quality and Authenticity:

  • Check "Messages" on your Vendor Dashboard Menu Daily to see if you have a message from a customer or a new order (an email alert is also sent to you if there is an order).
  • Prepare your package/Service for delivery, delivery to the office for packaging and validation if it's a product; if it's a service, kindly reach out to your Customer and send us a review.
  • Branding and Pre-Delivery Inspection: We place significant value on our branding efforts. Every product ordered from PingPing Nigeria Limited must proudly bear our official sticker, prominently displaying our logo. This branding serves as a hallmark of authenticity and aligns with our mission to offer consistent and trustworthy shopping experiences.

How are shipping and fulfillment handled as a vendor?

  1. Prepare and drop off your packages at our Head Office: This means that you take care of the storage of your products, you are responsible for packing the orders, you bring your orders to our Head office and we only take care of the delivery to the customers
  2. OR

  3. Subscribe to PingPing Delivery service:- We send our dispatch riders to pickup your products and ship to PingPing so that we keep them in our warehouse and make them quickly available for sale. Then, with each order, PingPing packages and ships the product directly to the customer.
  4. The Vendor shall not list counterfeit or fake products on the platform under any circumstances

What is the process for handling returns and exchanges?

  1. Returning Items: If a customer decides to return a product, you should expect to receive the product within a month. Once we receive the returned product at our head office, we'll inspect it to ensure it's not faulty. We'll then reimburse you for the value of the product, plus our commission, in the next payment cycle
  2. Handling Complaints: If you have any concerns regarding the returned item(s), follow these steps to initiate a rejection:
    • Step 1: Notify our team at the head office that you wish to reject the item.
    • Step 2: Our team will document your rejection reason and take a picture of the item. Please keep the returned item with you at this point.
    • Step 3: Raise a claim with our Support Team and attach supporting documents, including a picture or video taken at our head office.
  3. Cost of Return for Descriptive Change: Should a User/Buyer identify a discrepancy between the received product and its description, the obligation to resolve the issue lies with the vendor. If a return is initiated due to a change in the item's description, the vendor shall cover the cost of return shipping. This showcases our commitment to maintaining our platform's integrity and ensuring fairness for our users
  4. PingPing Branding: It's imperative that Pingping branding is affixed prior to delivery to prevent potential returns.

How do I manage my vendor account and track sales?

What happens if I violate platform policies or guidelines?

How do I get paid?

- We deposit payment into your bank account at regular intervals and notify you that your payment has been sent through email.
