Pingping Vendor Return Policy

Returning Items: If a customer decides to return a product, you should expect to receive the product within a month. Once we receive the returned product at our head office, we'll inspect it to ensure it's not faulty. We'll then reimburse you for the value of the product, plus our commission, in the next payment cycle.

Handling Complaints: If you have any concerns regarding the returned item(s), follow these steps to initiate a rejection:

  • Step 1: Notify our team at the head office that you wish to reject the item
  • Step 2: Our team will document your rejection reason and take a picture of the item. Please keep the returned item with you at this point.
  • Step 3: Raise a claim with our Support Team and attach supporting documents, including a picture or video taken at our head office.

Return Conditions:You may initiate a return when any of the following conditions are met:

  • Incorrect Product: If the product received by the customer is not the one they ordered
  • Faulty Product: When the product is damaged or defective.
  • Customer's Withdrawal: We also offer customers a 7-day withdrawal period

Return Requirements: For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Unused Product: The product should not have been used.
  • Complete Product: All parts of the product must be intact.
  • Invoice: The customer must provide the original invoice of the product.
